What you'll do
- Live stream products on social media platforms ( Shopee, Tiktok, among others) to promote sales
- Create and develop a strategy on how to improve the production workflow and contributes to the content of the show
- Drives traffic and engagement by interacting with online customers/viewers, directly answering inquiries on product information, payment method
- Knowledgeable of all products, functionality and promotions
- Maintains good relationships with customers to ensure high engagements, sales and repeat buying
