What you'll do
- Review project proposals to ensure in-scope and out-of-scope items, effort and cost estimation, deliverables, assumptions
- Analyze project requirements and prepare or update project timelines, delivery methodology, RACI, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure use cases and test cases are clearly defined before the project is onboarded to the delivery team
- Prepare the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) before implementation and review it with the Technical Lead
- Establish timelines and milestones and plan delivery within the approved budget
