What you'll do
- Support the DevOps platform and ensure its stability and reliability
- Identify, investigate, and resolve build and deployment issues
- Collaborate with Development, BA/PM, and TechOps teams to promote effective use of DevOps tools and ensure adherence to SDLC processes
- Drive automation, process efficiency, and tool optimization to improve performance and deliver measurable KPIs
- Maintain documentation for DevOps tools, including POCs, implementations, and automation processes, as part of SOPs to support knowledge sharing across the organization
