About the role
Lead global sourcing and component export activities from India-based suppliers to CNH plants across NAFTA, EMEA and LATAM. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for related components used in Tractors, Combines and construction equipment. Ensure sourcing decisions align with global commodity strategies and deliver competitive cost, quality, delivery, reliability and supply-chain sustainability.
What you'll do
- Manage the complete RFQ process, including supplier identification, technical and commercial evaluation, cost analysis
- Create and implement commodity sourcing roadmaps for NAFTA, EMEA and LATAM, aligned with plant requirements, localization plans and global purchasing strategy
- Lead supplier development and industrialization from nomination through launch, ensuring APQP readiness, quality approval, capacity, packaging
- Coordinate with engineering, SQE, quality, manufacturing, logistics and finance teams to resolve technical, commercial and supply-chain issues
- Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, delivery and responsiveness, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
