Local Site Manager for Small Tractor FP team based in CNH Noida, providing engineering, technical, and project execution support to India Fluid Power organizations. The role is responsible for developing team capabilities, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of engineering activities, supporting resource planning, and driving standardization, productivity, and continuous improvement across India engineering programs.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers supporting India Fluid Power engineering activities
- Manage resource allocation and workload balancing to support business priorities across multiple global programs
- Ensure delivery of engineering tasks with the required quality, timing, and cost objectives
- Build and maintain strong collaboration with engineering managers, technical specialists, and project teams
- Support recruitment, onboarding, competency development, and succession planning activities for the team
