What you'll do
- Creating, organizing, managing, and maintaining documentation related to client onboarding processes, procedures and policies
- Assist with creation of process charts and email templates for Client Onboarding
- Create and maintain the content Library for RFP responses for client Onboarding and KYC
- Review and customize RFP responses from the proposal content library
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) including onboarding managers, business development, Legal
