What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end lease accounting activities including AR, AP, and GL
- Perform tenant billing, rent invoicing, cash applications, and aging analysis
- Process vendor invoices, expense bookings, and payments
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, deferrals, and GL adjustments
- Perform bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations
