What you'll do
- Develop custom SQL reports, correspondence templates, and reporting packages
- Maintain working knowledge of Yardi Investment Management, Construction Manager, Job Cost, and Property Management modules
- Design and develop Report Packages and complex Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR) reports
- Configure and develop IM KPIs, Fee Allocation Rules, Income Allocation Rules, and GL Allocation Rules
- Develop custom Yardi workflows and menu sets to support business processes
