Assistant Manager, Finance

About the role

The employee is responsible to support the Business Commercially, in more process driver manner which enable the compant to have strong process and control. This role involves working in a collaborative manner with other teams, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as Coats internal policies.

What you'll do

• Drive automation initiatives and leverage data analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making
• Act as the primary design authority bridging finance operations and IT development, leading cross-functional change management
• Conduct detailed pricing analysis and collaborate with commercial teams to support competitive and profitable pricing decisions
• Implement strategies to minimize credit risks, lower DSO, and resolve complex billing or deduction disputes
• Ensure adherence to customer-specific compliance requirements, including documentation and audit readiness
