As an Executive - Engineering, responsible for overseeing day shift maintenance activities in Apparel & Footwear & Polishing Finishing operations. Promote safe work practices during all maintenance activities. Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical & Electronics Engineering.
What you'll do
- Responsible for overseeing day shift maintenance activities in Apparel & Footwear & Polishing Finishing operations
- Plan and allocate maintenance manpower effectively for shift activities to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Attend and resolve equipment breakdowns within targeted response times
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Monitor machine breakdown trends and maintain maintenance history records for analysis and improvement
