Manager - Spinning

About the role

To lead, manage, and optimize the end-to-end spinning operations, ensuring consistent yarn quality, maximum machine efficiency, cost control, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across the department.

What you'll do

• Production & Operations Management
• Plan, organize, and control all spinning activities to achieve targeted RKM, CSP, U%, and other yarn quality KPIs
• Ensure optimum machine utilization, running efficiency, and production per spindle
• Monitor and control material flow from blow room to ring frame, including comber and speed frame operations
• Ensure perfect implementation of mixing, bale management, and fibre selection based on customer requirements
