About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT Recruitment with 1–3 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, C2H hiring, interview coordination, stakeholder management, negotiation, and onboarding .
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/technology positions, from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening through calls and evaluate communication, technical exposure, career history, availability, and compensation expectations
- Handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment and understand the requirements and processes involved in C2H hiring
- Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews with candidates and stakeholders
