About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to establish and lead the Human Resources department for a fast-growing multi-unit restaurant organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, creating structure, and driving people-focused initiatives from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Build and establish the HR department from scratch
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and organizational processes
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operations and corporate roles
- Design and implement onboarding, induction, and employee engagement programs
- Develop performance management and appraisal systems
