About the role
Insurance Operations Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end insurance back-office and data processing operations for P&C insurance. The role involves ensuring adherence to client-specific insurance processes, meeting productivity and quality benchmarks, and maintaining strong client relationships.
What you'll do
- Perform insurance-related back-office tasks such as policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and claims support
- Accurately process insurance data in client systems while meeting quality and TAT requirements
- Follow defined SOPs, SLAs, and client-specific insurance guidelines
- Validate and update policyholder information and insurance documents
- Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets
