Process Associate – US Payroll

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end US payroll processing activities. The candidate will be responsible for payroll calculations, employee data maintenance, deduction setups, garnishment processing, and ensuring payroll accuracy while adhering to US payroll regulations, company policies, and defined timelines.

What you'll do

• Perform end-to-end US payroll processing with a high level of accuracy and adherence to established deadlines
• Handle US payroll calculations, including regular, monthly, and quarterly payroll processing
• Assist in managing payroll operations across multiple companies and client accounts
• Ensure compliance with applicable US payroll regulations, company policies, and internal process standards
• Direct Deposit (DDP) Setup and Updates
