About the role
The Financial Systems team manages a global systems footprint spanning the US, Europe and Asia. We run a complex, tightly integrated tech stack centered on NetSuite, with tools covering billing operations, AP automation, expense management, payroll integrations, and close management. The team is intentionally lean and high-ownership.
What you'll do
- NetSuite Administration & Daily Operations
- Serve as one of the NetSuite administrators - manage user roles, permissions, saved searches, custom fields, workflows, and configurations across a multi-entity
- Handle user escalations, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with ecosystem vendors on issue resolutions
- Maintain data integrity across subsidiaries and legal entities; proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
- Document system configurations, processes, and runbooks to reduce knowledge concentration risk
