About the role
We're hiring a Talent Systems Manager to own and optimize the technology backbone of that work. This is a hands-on, systems-first role. You'll spend time inside Greenhouse configuring, streamlining, and continuously improving our recruiting workflow so recruiters and hiring managers move faster with less friction.
What you'll do
- Greenhouse Optimization & Recruiting Workflow: Own Greenhouse end to end configuration, automation, integrations, and data integrity
- Build and maintain reporting that gives the Talent team a clear, trustworthy read on pipeline health and recruiting metrics
