About the role
As a Banking & Financial Services Consultant – Business Development, you will make an impact by driving revenue growth across our Banking & Financial Services portfolio, translating deep domain knowledge into compelling value propositions, managing complex sales cycles, and serving as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders in the CX-CRM space.
What you'll do
- Serve as the Banking & Financial Services subject-matter expert across Retail Banking, Commercial & Corporate Banking, Wealth Management & Private Banking
- Design and deliver customised pitches, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations that articulate ROI and strategic differentiation for retail banks
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional proposal teams and negotiate commercial terms, MSAs, and SOWs with legal and finance to ensure profitable deal structuring
- Develop and execute account growth strategies across existing client portfolios, maximising wallet share and client satisfaction
- Provide market intelligence on regulatory shifts and emerging trends across North America and Europe, mentor junior BD analysts, and maintain accurate pipeline data
