About the role
As a Healthcare Domain Consultant, you will make an impact by bridging clinical expertise with strategic business objectives to drive digital transformation across health systems, payers, and provider organizations globally. You will be a valued member of the Business Development team and work collaboratively with delivery teams, solution architects, and client stakeholders, and clients.
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted advisor bridging clinical expertise with strategic business objectives, advising clients on healthcare IT, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or equivalent)
- Conduct gap analysis and develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps for health systems, payers, and providers, leading engagements end to end
- Ensure full regulatory compliance across HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR standards
- Facilitate executive stakeholder workshops and deliver senior-level presentations to align on strategy and outcomes
- Mentor junior consultants and support healthcare practice development, identifying emerging opportunities in value-based care, population health
