About the role

ServiceNow Licensing, Pricing and Contract Analyst , you will make an impact by providing licensing advisory, pricing support, entitlement governance, and contracting operations for ServiceNow solutions. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow Business Group and work collaboratively with Sales, Presales, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Delivery teams, MSP Licensing Support, and ServiceNow account stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Support ServiceNow licensing activities including product mapping, SKU identification, entitlement validation, and licensing recommendations
• Partner with sales and presales teams to address licensing inquiries, customer requirements, subscription renewals, and commercial requests
• Prepare pricing worksheets, quote comparisons, renewal analyses, and commercial documentation while validating quantities, contract terms, and pricing assumptions
• Assist with contract documentation, approval tracking, version control, and maintenance of audit-ready records related to licensing and subscription agreements
• Monitor licensing requests, track open actions, prepare operational reports, and contribute to process improvement, governance, and automation initiatives
