Manager - Corporate Investigations

About the role

As a Manager - Corporate Investigations , you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Ethics & Compliance team, collaborating with investigators, legal teams, corporate security, internal audit, finance, human resources, and business stakeholders. You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and improve investigative processes while upholding our commitment to integrity, quality, and continuous learning.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage escalated, sensitive, and high-risk investigations in partnership with Ethics investigators and key stakeholders
• Plan, organize, and conduct investigations related to alleged violations of Corporate Security policies, the Code of Ethics, and other company policies and standards
• Conduct investigations involving fraud, bribery, conflict of interest, embezzlement, employee misconduct, litigation support, health and safety matters, cyber incidents
• Analyze investigative findings to identify trends, root causes, systemic weaknesses
• Collaborate across functions and contribute to projects, training initiatives
