What you'll do
- Oversee the execution of multiple process improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, and other methodologies
- Champion the identification and implementation of automation opportunities using RPA, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies
- Drive the exploration and initial implementation of AI and Generative AI (Gen AI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify improvement areas, define project scopes, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Establish and maintain robust process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks
