- Maintain high-quality proposal deliverables by utilizing established templates, standards, and best practices for readability, consistency, and tone
- Manage and maintain proposal support databases, repositories, and knowledge management systems
- Coordinate proposal reviews and approvals with project managers, sales teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders
- Support proposal development efforts by researching and assembling information from prior proposals, internal repositories, and other relevant sources
