About the role

This role involves managing loan origination operations in a night shift work from office environment using advanced Excel expertise to ensure accurate data processing performance tracking and reporting for retail or commercial lending portfolios.

What you'll do

• TM or TL objective is to actively assist a team in accordance with laid down procedures to achieve and maintain requisite standards of quality and productivity
• Report to the Delivery Manager Operations who will be the first point of contact for any issues questions or concerns
• Track daily weekly and monthly production targets and volumes
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders to understand any deviation and opportunities for improvement
