What you'll do
- Own and lead capacity modeling for Clinical Operations staff - ensuring headcount is tightly aligned with patient volume, operational targets, and cost objectives
- Own headcount management reporting across Clinical Ops and Commercial teams - tracking actuals, performing detailed actual vs. plan variance analysis
- Lead budget and forecast cycles in close partnership with Operations and Commercial leaders - building rigorous
- Own and maintain gross margin workbooks on a monthly basis, incorporating actuals with precision and producing variance commentary that drives decision-making
- Conduct ROI and cost-impact analysis on process improvements, product changes, and new initiatives
