Marketing Operations Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Operations in India and collaborating closely with the Demand Generation team in the US, you will sit at the intersection of process, people, and technology. Your responsibilities will include campaign execution, AI-enabled workflows, KPI reporting, project coordination, and process documentation.

What you'll do

• Reporting & Analytics : Build and maintain recurring marketing reports and dashboards covering campaign performance, MQAs, account engagement, pipeline contribution
• Process Documentation : Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation in Confluence
• ISMS roles and responsibilities
• Align to the organization policies and procedures
• Ensure to get updated with ISMS roles as assigned by the department/process heads
