Sr Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Sr Product Designer to join our stellar design team. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced digital product designer who excels in highly collaborative environments, is proficient in modern design tools (we're a Figma-first organization), and consistently delivers high-quality experiences in complex problem spaces.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex product areas—from framing problems through polished delivery and iteration
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that communicate ideas and validate solutions
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data teams, and operations throughout discovery, delivery, and iteration
• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually polished experiences for complex enterprise healthcare workflows
• Contribute to our design system by using shared components, identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and helping maintain consistency across products
