About the role
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee statutory and labour law compliance across multiple client sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, client requirements, and internal compliance policies.
What you'll do
- Statutory and Labour Law Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and government requirements
- Monitor compliance requirements relating to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, and other applicable statutory obligations
- Track changes in labour laws and communicate relevant updates to management and concerned teams
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, remittances, and other mandatory submissions
