About the role
We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Hospitality Manager to manage day-to-day campus operations, hospitality services, and facility management activities. The role involves ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming campus environment while delivering high-quality hospitality services to employees, visitors, clients, and senior management.
What you'll do
- Campus and Facility Management
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the campus, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities
- Monitor housekeeping, front office, reception, visitor management, conference rooms, cafeteria, pantry, and other hospitality services
- Ensure the campus is clean, presentable, hygienic, and maintained to corporate standards
- Conduct regular campus inspections and ensure timely closure of operational issues
