About the role
We are looking for an accomplished Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of a landmark Grade A Commercial/IT Office Building in Hyderabad.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and drive all project stakeholders, including the Client, Consultants, Tier-1 (Tier A) Contractors, MEP Contractors, Façade Contractors
- Ensure seamless design coordination, interface management, risk mitigation, value engineering, contract administration, and commercial control
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through proactive communication, timely reporting, and effective decision-making
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, contractual obligations, quality standards, HSE requirements, and project governance
