Lead ServiceNow Engineer

About the role

Service now Lead with expert knowledge level on the platform and rich implementation experience of various modules (ITSM, FSM, ITBM, CSM) to meet the business needs. Resource with in-depth understanding of the ITIL processes, sound knowledge on OOTB implementation and integrations at Enterprise level, excellent design and behavioral skills.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate, design, and implement the platform modules in line with business needs
• Design, develop and configure out of the box workflows, forms, scripts and create / maintain custom objects to meet business requirements using agile methodologies
• Provide expert level support and maintain the ServiceNow platform as per the agreed service levels (Available, Stable, Performant, Usable and Maintainable)
• Work closely with functional teams, architecture teams in positioning the modules into the landscape
• Play a key role in creating and adapting the design guidelines, best practices together with the Platform Architect, other Leads and SE’s
