About the role
As a Scrum Master, you will lead and support multiple Scrum teams responsible for delivering solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The teams focus on maximizing the use of Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) ServiceNow capabilities, minimizing customizations, and delivering seamless integrations with internal and external systems.
What you'll do
- Agile Delivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and Scrum of Scrums (SoS)
- Support teams in achieving Sprint Goals and delivering high-quality increments aligned with the Definition of Done (DoD)
- Promote Agile values, principles, and continuous improvement practices
