About the role
You will use various channels such as phone, mailbox, and lots of supporting software, and remote control and troubleshooting tools. Necessary training will be provided initially, so that you learn all tasks step by step. You will be part of a very diverse and enthusiastic team where 'helping each other' is a daily motto.
What you'll do
- Work at our IT helpdesk situated in Hyderabad, India and help employees with IT problems
- Use various channels such as phone, mailbox, and lots of supporting software, and remote control and troubleshooting tools
- Be part of a very diverse and enthusiastic team where 'helping each other' is a daily motto
- Receive questions about passwords, printers, networks, software, etc
- Work on a rotating schedule between 06:00am and 09:00pm (Mon-Fri)
