What you'll do
- Responsible for managing the application of network security protocols and updating disaster recovery plans
- Provide day-to-day operational support for routers and switches, including alert response, incident handling, service requests, and standard changes
- Troubleshoot common interface, reachability, packet-loss, latency, hardware, and configuration issues
- Own assigned tickets through diagnosis, remediation, validation, documentation, and closure within established priorities and escalation paths
- Perform device health checks, configuration backup and restore, software and hardware inventory updates, and operational readiness checks
