Sr. Systems Engineer

About the role

Senior Systems Engineer (Pre-sales) To provide technical assistance in the following areas, develop and review high level design, solution positioning, Product Selection and provide technical support to conduct product demos, proof of concept set ups as well as trainings and workshops and other thought leadership activities.

What you'll do

• Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, servicing, and repair of complex systems and equipment
• Evaluate operational quality of equipment, instruct customers in operation and maintenance of system
• Provide product and technical support to external and internal customers as a contributing team member
• Provide product and application training to end users, channel partners, and system integrators
• Test procedure and field test equipment for copper and fiber knowledge require
