About the role
The Contracts Analyst is responsible for executing the procurement contract review process and managing contract renewals within Columbia Sportswear’s global indirect procurement function. This role ensures timely and accurate handling of contract intake, review, and recordkeeping, while collaborating with sourcing, category management, and legal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and risk management standards.
What you'll do
- Execute the contract review process, including intake, validation, and coordination with legal and business stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
- Manage contract renewals and extensions, ensuring timely execution and alignment with category strategies and business objectives
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in the contract management system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for reporting and audits
- Support process improvement initiatives within contract management, including the development of templates, tools, and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
