About the role
As the Senior eDiscovery support analyst, you will be responsible for supporting CLCA’s eDiscovery hosting platforms Relativity and RelOne. Your responsibility is to provide the best customer experience for users, both internal and external. You will play an important role in designing, implementing, deploying and supporting those platforms.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for supporting CLCA’s eDiscovery hosting platforms Relativity and RelOne
- Play an important role in designing, implementing, deploying and supporting those platforms
- Work closely with various teams such as Client Services, Data Management, Development, and Infrastructure
- Support large enterprise customer with a very demanding SLA that spans across multiple time zones, countries etc
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all parties, both external and internal
