About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture to lead the development of a web portal and mobile application for pension and benefits administration. This role collaborates closely with the development team, participates actively in solution design, gathers requirements, and drives the technical execution from concept to delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead technical architecture, design, and development for the pension administration web and mobile platforms
- Provide hands-on development support in backend services, REST APIs, gRPC services, and frontend components when required
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Conduct architectural reviews, design reviews, and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
- Guide the team in performance optimization, security best practices, and application scalability
