App Dev & Support Engineer IV

About the role

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications, leading solution design, implementation, support, and optimization initiatives across Core HR, Absence, Talent, Helpdesk, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and Integrations. Operates independently, drives complex deliverables, and provides technical and functional leadership.

What you'll do

• Lead design and delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions aligned with business requirements
• Serve as SME for one or more HCM modules: Core HR, ORC, Help Desk, Absence, Talent, Compensation or Security
• Design and review complex integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, and third-party platforms
• Architect reporting solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, dashboards, and analytics
• Lead quarterly Oracle release assessment, impact analysis, testing, and deployment planning
