What you'll do
- Coordinate with service providers and tax team members to prepare, review
- Support the implementation and ongoing compliance of SOX 404 tax-related internal controls associated with quarterly and annual tax provision processes
- Respond to quarterly and annual audit inquiries and provide technical analysis and supporting documentation for tax accounting positions
- Assist in the preparation and review of tax provision entries, tax accounting analyses
- Coordinate with service providers and the accounting team to ensure the timely preparation, review
