What you'll do
- Assist in the preparation of workpapers and supporting documentation for quarterly and annual income tax provision requirements
- Support SOX 404 compliance activities and internal control requirements related to quarterly and annual tax provision processes
- Assist in responding to external auditor inquiries and requests during quarterly and annual audits
- Prepare workpapers supporting the consolidated federal income tax return, estimated tax payments, and other federal tax filings
- Research, analyze, interpret, and apply federal, state, and international tax laws to support tax filing positions
