Value Health builds AI systems that sit inside the real, messy infrastructure of healthcare — EMRs, EHRs, payer systems, and the benefit-verification processes that determine whether a patient can actually get the care they need.
What you'll do
- Get to the real problem first. Talk directly to clinicians, ops staff, and IT teams to figure out what's actually costing them time or money — not just what they…
- Own end-to-end delivery of a customer deployment: discovery, technical scoping, system design, build, and production rollout
- Build and maintain integrations with customer EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, athenahealth) and eligibility/benefit-verification data sources, using HL7, FHIR
- Design and ship AI-powered workflows for use cases like benefit verification, prior authorization, clinical documentation support, and patient-support communications
- Write and ship production code across the stack — this is a hands-on engineering role, not a hand-off role
