About the role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong fundamentals in business analysis, requirements management, product ownership, Agile delivery, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate should be able to convert ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and deliveryready documentation.
What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, discovery sessions, and process analysis
- Create and maintain BRD, FRD, PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and release documentation
- Own and manage product backlog, epics, features, sprint priorities, and roadmap inputs in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Translate business problems into clear product requirements and actionable solutions for engineering, QA, UI/UX, data, and AI/ML teams
- Identify practical use cases for GenAI, LLMs, automation, AI copilots, document intelligence, semantic search, summarization, and workflow optimization
