About the role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion OTL + Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, testing, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions aligned with business requirements.
What you'll do
- Work on Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) and Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation and support activities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure OTL and Payroll modules based on business requirements
- Handle payroll processing, payroll elements, balances, calculations, and related configurations
- Configure and support Time Entry, Time Cards, Time Categories, Time Calculation Rules, Approval Workflows , and related OTL processes
