About the role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to manage and drive the recruitment function at Conneqtion Group. The role will focus on IT recruitment, manpower planning, team management, stakeholder coordination, campus hiring, and timely hiring delivery.
What you'll do
- Drive manpower planning across organisation by understanding business requirements, prioritizing positions, and coordinating with Hiring Managers
- Allocate requirements across the TA team based on priority, workload, and recruiter expertise
- Monitor recruitment TAT, pipeline, closures, and team performance to ensure hiring targets are achieved
- Lead IT and technical recruitment across various roles and experience levels
