About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Manager – Finance to own the finance operations of the group across India, UAE, Singapore and the US. The role covers day-to-day bookkeeping oversight, month-end close, intercompany accounting, multi-entity consolidation, statutory and tax compliance, cash flow management and management reporting, while building and leading a capable finance team.
What you'll do
- 2.1 Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Oversee accurate and timely bookkeeping for all group entities (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and card reconciliations, payroll accounting, fixed assets
- Ensure revenue recognition for consulting, managed services and license-related contracts follows applicable standards (milestone, T&M and fixed-fee projects)
- Maintain a robust chart of accounts, accounting policies and documentation standards across entities
- Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules before sign-off
