About the role
The Level 2 Windows Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory services, virtualization platforms, and enterprise infrastructure. The role provides advanced technical support, performs system administration tasks, troubleshoots complex issues, and ensures the availability, security, and performance of Windows-based systems.
What you'll do
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 /2025 environments
- Monitor server performance and health system
- Perform server patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Manage file servers, print servers, and application servers
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and DHCP
