About the role
The position holder is responsible for the implementation & application of sustainable & optimized systems and processes in the area of responsibility in order to achieve relevant operational targets (e.g. quality, output, cost, time). The position holder is responsible for the safety, health and development of people reporting to the position.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the safety, health and development of people reporting to the position
- Enable a values based and healthy leadership culture
- Work Organization & Coordination (Planning / Scheduling)
- Execute regular shop floor meetings to communicate daily KPI's, set priorities, define measures supported by employees
- Monitor machine capacity to ensure the daily production taking into account cost, quality and order situation
