About the role
We're hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager who can turn unclear requests into working systems and act as a true partner to Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. You'll own our Pardot and Salesforce marketing stack, but the job is bigger than the tools: you'll help teams decide what to build, in what order, and why.
What you'll do
- Partner with the business
- Act as a strategic partner to Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and RevOps, not an order-taker
- Turn vague asks ("we need better lead nurturing") into clear problem statements, options, and recommendations
- Push back constructively, set expectations on scope and timing, and say no when a request doesn't serve the goal
- Run regular planning and prioritization conversations with stakeholders and keep a transparent roadmap
