You will play a key role in maintaining platform stability, optimizing performance, and supporting enterprise-grade AI-enabled data solutions.
What you'll do
- Deliver L2–L3 platform support including provisioning, root cause analysis, and workflow optimization
- Own incident response and service restoration for Snowflake-based workloads
- Design and evolve Snowflake schemas and data models
- Optimize platform performance, governance, and RBAC structures
- Operate and fine-tune Snowflake Cortex / GenAI use cases (vector search, retrieval workflows, LLM-driven tasks)
